Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out clear rules for how URLPapa and the short links you create may be used. It applies to all users, including free and paid accounts. Violations may result in removed links, suspended accounts, or terminated access, in line with our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Content & Purposes

You may not use the Service to create short links, QR codes, link-in-bio pages, or redirects that facilitate:

• Illegal activity, fraud, or the promotion of illegal goods or services.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing, or distribution of harmful code.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive, misleading redirects.
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement (see DMCA).
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, or content that promotes violence.
• Exploitation of minors or unlawful adult content.
• Selling, scraping, or aggregating our data or affecting others' use of the Service.
• Interference with, or attempts to undermine, the security or stability of the platform.

Short-Link Disguising

You may not use our short links to hide the true destination of a URL in a way that is deceptive or that tricks users — for example, disguising a malicious or misleading landing page. When we detect such links, we may block or remove them.

Abusive Behavior & Bots

You may not misuse the Service to launch automated abuse, excessive link creation beyond normal usage, scraping, denial-of-service behavior, or attempts to bypass rate limits, filters, or security controls.

Enforcement

We monitor and respond to reports and may take action including removing links, temporarily or permanently suspending accounts, or cooperating with law enforcement where required. Repeated or severe violations may lead to account termination without refund.
