URLPapa respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users, and the destinations reachable through its short links, to do the same. Where a short link directs users to content that infringes copyright, we will review and, when appropriate, remove the link or disable access. This notice describes how to report infringing material under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe in good faith that a short link resolves to material that infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the infringing short link or content, and enough information to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, mailing address, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your link or content was removed by mistake or as a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location, and your signature. We will forward genuine counter-notifications to the original claimant and may restore the material if the claimant does not pursue action.

Providers & Repeat Infringers

We may remove links and suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers, as appropriate and in our reasonable judgement, consistent with applicable law and the DMCA.
