Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and one-time purchases on URLPapa (urlpapa.com). It explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the period you select (monthly or annual). Within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied, provided you have not materially used paid features to generate significant traffic.

• A 14-day refund window applies only to the very first paid subscription per account.
• Renewals are generally non-refundable, but we will consider reasonable, documented requests.
• To request a refund, contact us before the refund window closes.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Renewal fees after the current billing period has begun.
• Cards or processing fees paid to our payment processor.
• Any instance where the Service was used to violate our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Refund requests made after the 14-day window for reasons unrelated to a service defect.

Service Downtime or Defects

If you experience extended, significantly disruptive downtime or a functionality defect caused by our platform, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Depending on severity and duration, we may offer a prorated credit or partial refund, considered case by case.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through the Contact page with your account email and reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Changes to Purchases

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Downgrading stops future charges but does not by itself create eligibility for a refund of the current period.
