Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of URLPapa, a link-management platform. By accessing, registering for, or using the service at urlpapa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of the Service

URLPapa provides tools for shortening URLs, generating QR codes, tracking link analytics, custom domain names, link-in-bio pages, campaigns, and bulk link management (collectively, the "Service"). We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service and, if applicable, to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
• Keep your password secure and not share your account with others.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• Be responsible for all links, content, and activity created under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute short links, QR codes, or pages that facilitate:

• Illegal activity, fraud, or the promotion of illegal goods or services.
• Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing, or other harmful code.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive, misleading, or secretly setup redirects.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, or anti-competition laws.
• Hate, harassment, threats, doxxing, or content promoting violence.
• Adult or exploitative content, or material involving minors.
• Scraping, disrupting, or undermining the Service or others' use of it.

User Content & Your Responsibility

You retain all rights to the URLs and content you submit. You are solely responsible for the long URLs you shorten, the destinations your short links resolve to, and any content you share. You represent you own or have the rights to use such content and that it complies with these Terms.

Short Links & Availability

Short links we generate are not guaranteed to last forever and may be retired. While we aim to keep the Service highly available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and factors outside our control (custom domain expiry, DNS changes, or takedowns) may temporarily affect link resolution.

Fees & Payment

Some features may be offered on a paid plan. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are non-refundable, and you authorize our payment processor to charge the amount due. We may change prices with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or downgraded.

API & Developer Terms

Use of our API is subject to these Terms and our API documentation. You agree to use the API within documented rate limits and not to abuse it. We may revoke API access for misuse or violations of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, code, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

URLPapa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of fifty dollars (US $50) or the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content or the destinations of your links, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, create repeatedly reported links, or otherwise abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We encourage you to contact us before initiating any dispute. Any legal action will be brought in the applicable state or federal courts in the United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered users. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
